12 hours maximum, regardless of whether the connection is active or inactive. This policy is in place in order that Primary can insure the most effective performance to all our customers....connections with never a busy.
Many customers confuse unlimited and dedicated service. Primary offers modem unlimited service...a customer pays one price per month regardless of total connection minutes accumulated.
